The Clean Briefs teamed up with Romsey Abbey C of E Primary School to record a new song called "If We Could Change The World" to raise money for BBC Children In Need Appeal 2008. Sales of the CD raised over £2,600 for Children In Need 2008

The Clean Briefs previously raised £3,500 for the BBC's Daisy Appeal in support of Wessex Cancer with a self written song "Everywhere That I Look". and a fundraising gig.
